Running, whether training or competing, is a major part of my life. I am a member of Dark Peak Fell Runners and Hallamshire Harriers Athletic Club and I have run for England at the World Mountain Running long distance championships. I compete in fell races, cross country races and mountain marathons whenever possible.

Highlights of my running career include:

World Mountain Running Long Distance Championships 2011, Slovenie, 7th place
OMM Elite 2005 4th place (with Andrew Middleditch)
OMM Elite 2009 4th place (with Rob Baker)
British Fell Running relay champion 2004, 2005, 2011 (with Dark Peak Fell Runners)
